  • The Gold & Platinum subscriptions are annual plans, valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
  • Upgrade to Platinum plan from Gold is only possible if you pay for Platinum membership plan in full.
  • Downgrade of a plan within the existing membership cycle is not possible
  • Cancellation of plan would only be allowed ,if the store/support is notified within 7 days from the date of purchase ,the complementary reward is returned in saleable condition & value of benefits availed is less than the membership fees.
  • Cancellation of membership would be executed in the form of a credit note, after debiting the total value of benefits availed.
  • The additional discount of 5% and 10% would be valid only on Apparels and Footwear
  • The complimentary birthday shopping voucher would be sent on the 1st day of the birthday month on registered mobile number.
  • Complimentary birthday shopping would only be valid on select brands-GANT, Antony Morato, Ben Sherman, Bugatti, Lindbergh, Bruun & Stengade, Matinique, Harsam, ElleKids, Blue Giraffe
  • Birthday shopping voucher is only valid for birthday month & cannot be extended.
  • Birthday shopping voucher would only be applicable on MRP of the eligible brands and not on discounted value.
  • Complimentary membership shopping voucher is valid on ALL brands on MRP, subject to membership type purchased.
  • Complimentary Gift Vouchers cannot be clubbed together or with any ongoing offer in store.
